We use Australia Post to ship our items. Please see the below table for shipping and handling times. Please allow for up to 5 business days dispatch time during sale periods/product launches.

Customs Taxes

We want to inform you that any customs charges and taxes, including VAT, are the responsibility of the recipient upon receiving the order. Nursely is not liable for any charges incurred with international orders. Please note that these fees are separate from your order's cost and shipping charge.

In the event that your order incurs duties and taxes, Nursely does not provide refunds for these charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Receiving Your Order

Once we have dispatched your order, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or losses that could potentially occur during transit. We take the utmost care and pride in taking care of and packaging up your goodies, however once we hand them over to Australia Post we unfortunately have no control over how they are treated.

We offer postage insurance to combat this issue at a small fee which can be selected at checkout. If you include postage insurance in your order and your order is lost or damaged by Australia post, we will ship a replacement order to you ASAP once we are notified and have confirmed the loss/damage.

At Nursely, we're all about comfort, coziness, and keeping things eco-friendly. For this reason, we don't do change-of-mind refunds. It's not you; it's just that we're super confident you'll fall in love with our products.

If, by some rare cosmic glitch, you get damaged products, please let us know. We'll replace it pronto. For any faulty items, drop a line to within 30 days of receiving your order or contact us via this form.


For first orders only, we're more than happy to swap out unopened product in their original packaging for a different sock size or style – ensuring your perfect fit!

To make it a breeze, grab a sock bundle (you trendsetter, you!), and test the waters with one pair. Feel the comfort vibes, and if any unopened pairs need a switch, we've got you.

At Nursely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size if needed. Please note the following exchange guidelines:

  1. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs incurred when exchanging items.

  2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if applicable).

  3. Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the items. Any exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.

  4. Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at with your order details and exchange request. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) for exchange.

  6. Size Availability: Exchanges are subject to size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution or store credit.
