We use Australia Post to ship our items. Please see the below table for shipping and handling times. Currently, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand.

Receiving Your Order

Once we have dispatched your order, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or losses that could potentially occur during transit. We take the utmost care and pride in taking care of and packaging up your goodies, however once we hand them over to Australia Post we unfortunately have no control over how they are treated.


RETURNS
At Nursely, we're all about comfort, coziness, and keeping things eco-friendly. For this reason, we don't do change-of-mind refunds. It's not you; it's just that we're super confident you'll fall in love with the snug feel and health benefits of our comfy AF compression socks.

If, by some rare cosmic glitch, you get damaged socks shout it out to us. We'll replace it pronto. For any faulty items, drop a line to customerservice@nurselystore.com within 30 days of receiving your order or contact us via this form.

EXCHANGES
For first orders only, we're more than happy to swap out unopened pairs in their original packaging for a different sock size or style – ensuring your perfect fit!

To make it a breeze, grab a sock bundle (you trendsetter, you!), and test the waters with one pair. Feel the comfort vibes, and if any unopened pairs need a switch, we've got you.

Cover the shipping for sock swaps; we'll handle the rest. Email customerservice@nurselystore.com for exchanges or use this form and we'll  assist you pronto.

Per our exchange policy above, we are more than happy to assist if by chance you purchase the incorrect size for your loved one.
