We use Australia Post to ship our items. Please see the below table for shipping and handling times. Please allow for up to 5 business days dispatch time during sale periods (eg. Black Friday/product launches).

*We want to inform you that any customs charges and taxes, including VAT, are the responsibility of the recipient upon receiving the order. Nursely is not liable for any charges incurred with international orders. Please note that these fees are separate from your order's cost and shipping charge.

In the event that your order incurs duties and taxes, Nursely does not provide refunds for these charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Receiving Your Order

Once we have dispatched your order, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or losses that could potentially occur during transit. We take the utmost care and pride in taking care of and packaging up your goodies, however once we hand them over to Australia Post we unfortunately have no control over how they are treated.

We offer postage insurance to combat this issue at a small fee which can be selected at checkout. If you include postage insurance in your order and your order is lost or damaged by Australia post, we will ship a replacement order to you ASAP once we are notified and have confirmed the loss/damage.
