EXCHANGES FOR WRONG SIZE
For first orders only, we're more than happy to swap out unopened product in their original packaging for a different sock size or style – ensuring your perfect fit!
If you need a different size, please contact us via this form or use the chat box on the right hand side of the screen so we can organise to send you the alternate size! We do ask that you cover the return shipping for unopened pairs. We will cover the cost of shipping to get the new pairs out to you!

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Nursely is not required to provide a refund where you have changed your mind, chosen the wrong item, or the product does not suit your individual needs or expectations.
Faulty Items
If there is a major fault with the product you’ve received, we will offer a replacement where available. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a store credit or refund.
All claims for faulty items are assessed individually, and the outcome of any refund request will be at the discretion of Nursely.
By finalising your order, you agree to the following terms:
If you received a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
For items with a minor fault, we will first attempt to repair or replace the item.
For items with a major fault (as defined by Australian Consumer Law), you may choose a replacement, store credit, or refund.

At Nursely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size if needed. Please note the following exchange guidelines:
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs incurred when exchanging items.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if applicable).
- Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the items. Any exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@nurselystore.com with your order details and exchange request. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) for exchange.
- Size Availability: Exchanges are subject to size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution or store credit.
