We want you to experience the benefits of better circulation and reduced fatigue + discomfort, but we understand that our socks might not be the perfect fit for everyone.


To qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Purchase the Correct Size: Choose the size that is most suitable for you in line with the size guide on our website. If you need help with sizing, please get in contact with our customer happiness team here. This Satisfaction Guarantee applies only if you can provide evidence that your calf circumference measurement falls within the specified range in our size guide (i.e. a video of you measuring your calf circumference that shows the measurement) OR that you had purchased in line with guidance provided by our customer happiness team (i.e. you weren't sure which size, asked for our recommendation and purchased in accordance with our recommendation).

 

  1. Track Your Usage: Wear your compression socks as recommended and monitor your comfort and relief. If you think something isn't right, document your experience and take photos if relevant.

 

  1. Contact Us: Share your experience (and any relevant photos) with us here or email us at customersupport@nurselystore.com

 

How to Claim:
  • Contact our customer happiness team here or at customersupport@nurselystore.com and include your documented feedback and any relevant photos WITHIN 30 days of receiving your compression socks.
  • Our team will review your submission and provide recommendations or process your request within 1-3 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

 

Please Note:
  • The Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The guarantee applies only to our compression socks and not to other products or accessories.
  • Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
  • The guarantee is available for your first purchase only; repeat orders are not eligible for a refund.
