A recent Australian Parliamentary document discussed research that showed a huge amount of frontline healthcare workers are experiencing mental health challenges. A recent study found that:
- Nearly 60% reported mild to severe anxiety
- Over 70% reported moderate to severe burnout
- More than half reported mild to severe depression
Another study of Victorian health professionals revealed similar findings:
- 22.5% reported moderate to severe depression
- 14% reported moderate to severe anxiety
- 20.4% reported moderate to severe post-traumatic stress symptoms
These challenges, including emotional exhaustion, can lead to poorer quality care and patient safety.
What does this mean in a practical sense?
Our healthcare workforce needs AS MUCH SUPPORT AS POSSIBLE to nurture good mental health. The Black Dog Institute provides amazing programs and resources for not only healthcare workers, but to the everyday population as well. This t-shirt uses UNISEX sizing which is generally larger than traditional standard women's sizing (e.g. a unisex small will be larger than a standard women's small).
In the product images, our founder Vee wears a size L shirt, is 172cm tall and normally wears medium-large sized clothing.

Receiving Your Order
Once we have dispatched your order, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or losses that could potentially occur during transit. We take the utmost care and pride in taking care of and packaging up your goodies, however once we hand them over to Australia Post we unfortunately have no control over how they are treated.
We offer postage insurance to combat this issue at a small fee which can be selected at checkout. If you include postage insurance in your order and your order is lost or damaged by Australia post, we will ship a replacement order to you ASAP once we are notified and have confirmed the loss/damage.
RETURNS
At Nursely, we're all about comfort, coziness, and keeping things eco-friendly. For this reason, we don't do change-of-mind refunds. It's not you; it's just that we're super confident you'll fall in love with our products.
If, by some rare cosmic glitch, you get damaged products, please let us know. We'll replace it pronto. For any faulty items, drop a line to customerservice@nurselystore.com within 30 days of receiving your order or contact us via this form.

EXCHANGES FOR T-SHIRTS
At Nursely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size if needed. Please note the following exchange guidelines:
