Prolonged standing at work has been shown to be associated with a number of potentially serious health outcomes, such as lower back and leg pain, cardiovascular problems, fatigue, discomfort, and pregnancy related health outcomes.

Research says that compression hosiery can be used as an intervention to support workers who are exposed to prolonged periods of standing at work - win!

THE 'HOW'

Compression stockings work by applying the most pressure at your ankle and gradually less pressure as you move up the leg. This design helps blood flow from your feet to your heart, making your veins narrower and blood move faster. These stockings have positive effects on your body with research showing that they can increase oxygen in your limbs and reduce inflammation in ulcer tissue amongst numerous other health benefits.

We use Australia Post to ship our items. Please see the below table for shipping and handling times. Currently, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand. 

Customs Taxes

We want to inform you that any customs charges and taxes, including VAT, are the responsibility of the recipient upon receiving the order. Nursely is not liable for any charges incurred with international orders. Please note that these fees are separate from your order's cost and shipping charge.

In the event that your order incurs duties and taxes, Nursely does not provide refunds for these charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Receiving Your Order

Once we have dispatched your order, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or losses that could potentially occur during transit. We take the utmost care and pride in taking care of and packaging up your goodies, however once we hand them over to Australia Post we unfortunately have no control over how they are treated.

We offer postage insurance to combat this issue at a small fee which can be selected at checkout. If you include postage insurance in your order and your order is lost or damaged by Australia post, we will ship a replacement order to you ASAP once we are notified and have confirmed the loss/damage.

RETURNS
At Nursely, we're all about comfort, coziness, and keeping things eco-friendly. For this reason, we don't do change-of-mind refunds. It's not you; it's just that we're super confident you'll fall in love with our products.

If, by some rare cosmic glitch, you get damaged products, please let us know. We'll replace it pronto. For any faulty items, drop a line to customerservice@nurselystore.com within 30 days of receiving your order or contact us via this form.

EXCHANGES FOR T-SHIRTS

At Nursely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size if needed. Please note the following exchange guidelines:

1. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs incurred when exchanging items.

2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if applicable).

3. Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the items. Any exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.

4. Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
